Tap the + Report button on the home screen or map. Fill in the incident details, optionally attach a photo, and tap Submit. The report will appear on the map for nearby users who have alerts enabled.
Your precise location is never shared directly with other users. Only anonymized incident report locations are shown on the map. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. Here's how:
In-app deletion (if available): Open iGuard → tap your profile icon → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Follow the on-screen confirmation steps.
By email: Send a deletion request to iguard@abeprimeventures.org with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:
Processing time: We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email once complete. Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law (e.g., transaction records).
What gets deleted: Your account profile, submitted reports linked to your account, and any personal information we hold. Aggregate/anonymized data that cannot be re-identified may be retained.
